Rest easy with Res Care Liquid Water Softener Cleaner. It cleans what salt leaves behind and is easy to use. First Application Instructions: Use 1/2 cup of Res Care per cubic foot of softener resin. Residential softeners contain approximately 1 cubic foot of resin; if unsure, check your manual. Pour the cleaner directly into the brine well. If theres no brine well, pour directly into the salt tank when salt is low. Manually regenerate the softener. If taste or odor is detected in tap water, manually regenerate softener, then run cold water until the odor is gone. Regular Maintenance Instructions: Add 1/2 cup per cubic foot of resin at each regeneration. Easy Feeder Instructions: Remove cap from bottle. Hang on mounting bracket. Insert the knotted end of the tube into the bottle, ensuring the wick touches the bottom. Secure cap. Insert other end of tube completely into hole in the brine well cap, ensuring the wick is below the bottom of the bottle.
